Our vision is “to provide hope through four pillars; Human Needs. HIV Aids and Health, Economic Independence and Youth and Education, catapulting individuals and families from a place of surviving to thriving.”
Urban Connected Atlanta serves Families, individuals and youth living in the southeast and surrounding Atlanta communities who have experienced food insecurity, grief due to community violence or loss, persons living with HIV/AIDS and youth who need supportive services.
